Use a restricted read-only key

In the Stripe Dashboard, while in test mode, go to Developers → API keys → Create restricted key. Give it Read access to Invoices, Charges, PaymentIntents, Subscriptions, Customers and Test clocks, and nothing else. We use the key once for this audit and never store it.

Phase 1 only accepts TEST keys (rk_test_ / sk_test_). We reject live keys.
